Shy is a friendly, dependable, and people-oriented Client Service Representative who enjoys connecting with out clients and creating positive experiences for both pets and their families.

She takes pride in helping clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. 

Her genuine love for animals and warm personality make her a great part of the Waterford Lakes Animal Hospital team.

Outside or work, Shy enjoys spending time with friends, trying different kinds of sushi, and being around animals of all kinds.
