Maria is a dedicated Senior Client Service Representative with 9 years of experience in the veterinary field. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to help countless pet parents navigate their pets’ healthcare needs while providing compassionate, friendly, and reliable customer service.

I truly enjoy what I do because I love helping people and being there for their fur babies. I understand that pets are family, and I strive to make every client feel heard, supported, and confident in the care their pets receive.

As a Senior CSR, I also enjoy supporting and mentoring our client service team, helping to create a positive, welcoming environment for both our clients and team members. My experience has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and client-care skills while also deepening my passion for the veterinary profession.

I am proud of the relationships I have built with clients and their pets over the years, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of both.

Outside of the hospital, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, soaking up the sun at the beach, and spending time with my dog, Rocco.
