Andrew Heeney has over 20 years of operations management experience. Most recently, he spent 10 years as a Store Manager with ALDI, where he was recognized for multiple facets of retail excellence, including achieving the highest operational efficiency and lowest total loss among over 120 ALDI locations.

Andrew believes that culture is one of the most important ingredients of a successful organization and prioritizes creating a positive, engaged, and collaborative environment where teams can thrive. Through his hands-on leadership style, he focuses on developing individuals, providing intentional guidance, and empowering team members to achieve their goals and deliver strong results. He takes pride in developing future leaders and building teams that are confident, capable, and committed to shared success.

He is excited to bring his operational leadership experience to his new role as Hospital Operations Manager with NVA while expanding his knowledge within the veterinary healthcare industry.
